formNoValidate 属性设置或返回表单数据在提交时是否应该被验证。

此属性反映了 formnovalidate 属性。

当设置为 true 时，该属性将 "formnovalidate" 属性添加到提交按钮，并指定提交时不应验证表单数据。 这会覆盖表单的 novalidate 属性。

注释: formnovalidate 属性是 HTML5 中带有 type="submit" 的 <input> 元素的新属性。
