浮动标签/动画标签
默认情况下，使用标签时，标签通常显示在输入字段的顶部:
使用浮动标签，可以在 input 输入框内插入标签，在单击 input 输入框时使它们浮动到上方:

关于浮动标签的注意事项:
<label> 元素必须位于 <input> 元素之后，每个<input> 元素都需要 placeholder 占位符属性（即使未显示）。

文本框 textarea 也可以有浮动效果:

选择框
我们可以在选择菜单上使用浮动标签，它将始终显示在选择菜单的左上角，不会有点击浮动效果:
