java.lang.Character.isUpperCase(int codePoint) 确定指定字符（Unicode 代码点）是否为大写字符。

如果 getType(codePoint) 提供的一般类别类型是 UPPERCASE_LETTER，或者它具有 Unicode 标准定义的贡献属性 Other_Uppercase，则一个字符是大写的。
